The CIC restaurant bar El Almacen de Arrecife reopened its doors to the public on Friday. Recovering the spirit with which it was created by the artist César Manrique in the mid-seventies but with a renewed service of dishes and attention, the establishment, now managed by the Tourist Centers, seeks to recover its place among the conejeros.
Tranquility, good atmosphere and better dissertations were always the characteristic elements of the CIC El Almacen bar. From this Friday, in addition, joins the suggestive and attractive letter designed by the kitchen team of the CACT captained by Alberto Nieto, who presents a proposal of tapas and dishes to share in which we merge the local product with international recipes at prices very competitive.
Also, there will be an extensive menu of coffees, juices, beer and spirits, and Denomination of Origin Lanzarote wines to delight the most demanding. It is also planned that, soon, menus will be served that will vary daily .
The new offer is designed with a nod to that time in which, in its own right, this bar was placed as a benchmark for island cultural life, thanks also to the exclusive and varied artistic offer that it had. “We hope to succeed when it comes to attracting middle-aged people and for that we not only choose the menu with the criteria of selecting the best Lanzarote products, but we combine that international cuisine with the musical selection on special occasions, or with the renewed offers of the exhibition and cinema halls, “explained the CACTs advisor, Echedey Eugenio, during the opening ceremony.
The opening party was enlivened by the dj’s Moisés Fleitas and César Matallana (Checha Tambo)
