IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Voting in the Lanzarote Local Elections

The upcoming elections are important to all of us who live on the island, but are you registered to vote?
Vote
Having a Certificado de Empadronamiento does not necessarily mean you are!

Some seats in this election will be decided by as few as 20 to 30 votes, so your vote really will count!

The good news is that the deadline for registering has been extended to next Monday 11th April. Here’s what to do:

• Go to your Ayuntamiento and ask if you are on the electoral list
• If so, check your details – name, address and phone number are correct
• If not, ask to be put onto the list

And that’s it!

Exercise your right to vote and make a difference!
