Playa Blanca is the venue for the only night marathon in Lanzarote. The NIGHT MARATHON LANZAROTE (April 7, 2012) is a set of runs divided by distance, accessible to all types of athletes, whatever their level. There is the 1/2 marathon, the 10.5km and also the 5km for children.
The start of the NIGHT MARATHON LANZAROTE, was a sporting event for Police and Firemen called Blue Zone, so the NIGHT MARATHON LANZAROTE are keeping a category for Police and Fire and Emergency workers in it as well as one for normal athletes.
