More than 40 stand attracted curious and gastronomy lovers throughout the weekend
The Cheese and Goat Fair held last Saturday and Sunday in Playa Blanca, received during its two days thousands of residents and tourists, attracted by the local producer.
This gastronomic meeting had eight cheese exhibitors – Aqual, Tinache, Montaña de Haría, Granja San Roque, Flor de Luz, Finca de Uga, El Faro and Rubicón – and five of wineries – La Geria, Tierra de Volcanes, El Grifo, Rubicón and Stratvs -, in addition to the restaurants Caprica Cheese Bar, The V Factor, Taberna de Nino, La Galería, Harbor View, La Argentina, Los Aljibes de Tahíche, Princesa Yaiza, Gourmet Catering Ampate and La Caleta.
They also have exhibitors Heladería Flor de Latte, Licores Rosado y Valero, Cervecería artana NAO, El Rincón del Queso Artesano, La Casa de Bartolo, Craft Brewery Los Aljibes de Tahíche, La Posada, La Tiñosa Fish, Lala Jams and Bakery and Andybrot Pastry.
