The ‘Ireland Travel Trade Network’ (ITTN) highlights in the ‘Supplier of the Week’ on its website both the excellence of “the most popular island in the Canary Islands for Irish tourists”, and the “long-lasting and close relationship” it maintains. the Lanzarote Foreign Promotion Society (SPEL-Turismo Lanzarote) with the Irish tourism sector and the Spanish Tourist Office (OET) in Dublin.

The ITTN highlights in its weekly digital supplement “the human connection” that the professional team of Turismo Lanzarote has established over time with the main Irish operators, with whom it periodically carries out fruitful co-marketing campaigns; as well as the assiduous presence of the insular promotion entity in the many tourist events that are organized in the Country of Clover.
In this sense, the counselor responsible for the area in the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Ángel Vázquez highlights the “excellent promotion that this publication represents for the island in view of the imminent reopening of international travel in Ireland, which in 2019 became the second most important international market for Lanzarote with more than 310,000 tourists ” .
