I should like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members for being part of the association. I am pleased to report that with your support the LBA, as well as being the only association for Europeans on the island, is now one of the largest and continues to grow. Our members are the most important part of the organisation, and our commitment is to work hard on your behalf and take care of your interests. Our overall objective is to continually increase tourism, improve the facilities, standards and services that the island has to offer and support the community. The association can help not only with your day to day problems but with major issues, and can create and undertake tasks like the LPO project. Since the LBA was formed in 2008 we have forged invaluable links and made numerous contacts with the many different authorities and decision makers on the island. We have the knowledge, capabilities, enthusiasm and dedication to work on your behalf and with your support we will continue to do so. Thank you.

Forthcoming Important Meetings

We have arranged a meeting for all LPO members for Monday 18th February 2013.  This is not a public meeting and is for LPO members only.

Two days later, on Wednesday 20th February 2013, we will be holding the LBA Annual General Meeting. We have planned the meetings for the same week in the hope that the majority of LBA/LPO members will be able to attend.

The venue for both meetings is the Salon Indieras, Tias Ayuntamiento. The meetings will take place during the mornings and the exact times are to be confirmed. There is plenty of free parking in the car park opposite Ropers and Chacon.
