The Cabildo of Lanzarote is holding a workshop to be held at the Experimental Agricultural Farm on 12 September and you can learn all about the fundamentals of composting, including the following: –
• What is compost.
• Biology of compost: carbon / nitrogen ratio,temperature, humidity, airing, ph.
• Preparation of compost piles.
There are two choices of timetable – one in the morning from 9 am to 1 pm and the other one in the afternoon from 4 pm to 7 pm.
