The service is free and available for anyone that needs assistance within the Ayuntamiento: to make an appointment or if you needed to register at the Ayuntamiento, complete or collect paperwork, etc.
Representatives from the LBRA are in attendance at the Ayuntamiento on an almost daily basis assisting individuals, but arrangements must be made in advance.
