Today is Europe Day and to celebrate it there is an event being help in Plaza de las Naciones, Los Pocillos, Puerto del Carmen.
On Monday 9th May at 19:30 there will be a celebration for Europe Day in the Plaza de las Naciones in Puerto del Carmen. The consular representatives from different European countries and local authorities will be at the event organised by the Ayuntamiento of Tías and the Casa de Europa in Lanzarote.
The Municipal band of Tías will give a concert after the speeches including Belgian ambassador Johan Swinnen
