The Lanzarote Business and Residents Association are holding a Free Seminar on Wednesday 19th February 2014.
Attendance is free but places are limited and must be RESERVED in advance and admittance is by ticket only. The meeting is for property owners, management companies and
estate agents who are concerned about the property rental situation, the fines being imposed and the need to make private rentals legal.
Joining us on the day will be Guest Speakers from the Ayuntamientos, the Cabildo and local business representatives. There will be an opportunity to present your questions to them.
