On the occasion of the commemoration in October of this year of the 25th anniversary of the declaration by UNESCO of the Biosphere Reserves of Lanzarote and Menorca, a Lanzarote delegation led by the president of the Cabildo, Pedro San Ginés, traveled last week to the Menorcan island where, coinciding with the celebration on January 17 of the ‘Diada del Poble de Menorca’ , began the commemorative events of the aforementioned ephemerides.
