As if we didn´t already have an excuse to drink wine…
El Grifo Canari was the only Canarian wine to be awarded the silver medal at the 10th edition of the Mundus Vinis International Contest celebrated in September at Neustadt, Germany. The jury, composed of 270 oenologists, wine tasters, sommeliers and journalists, tasted around 6,000 different wines.
Likewise, Stratvs Tinto 2010 (red) and Stratvs Licor de Moscatel (sweet) also won 2 silver medals at the Arribe International Wine Contest 2011. They were selected from a choice of 351 Portuguese and Spanish wines.
