A little About Us!
Property Solutions have been Playa Blanca’s Premier Management Company since the year 2000. John & Rosie came to the island with no expectations on what the future might hold, but knew they had spent many years holidaying on this beautiful island and felt like it had become their home from home. They had owned property on the island for 10 years and had mixed success with cleaners and people claiming to be ‘professional’ property managers!
They had planned to take over the running of their own properties when they moved over here, but this was as far as they’d planned. It was by pure chance that they got talking to the owner of a property called Casa Hawkeshead (still available to rent, please Click Here to view) and that was it! That was the start of Property Solutions. The business steadily grew over the years, all of it by recommendation and as the business grew John & Rosie invited me (Jason) and my wife, Sally, to join the business and then recently my sister, Nina, and brother in law, Paul (Paul also owns La Bocaina Catering if you ever want a private chef!).
I could go on, but if we get chance to meet I’m sure we’ll have plenty of time to get to know each other.
What can we offer?
As I mentioned above, we are a family owned and run company and the development and success of the Property Solutions is, I believe, down to our dedication and passion to offer the most professional, but personal service we can. We personally meet and are on call to all our owners 24/7 and have developed many friendships though our work. Unlike other management companies we either come to your property or arrange a time to meet in our resort office. we want to be your point of contact and not rely on an assigned member of staff to deal with you – We are your Property Manager, so it’s important that we talk directly with you.
Our office is based in Playa Blanca, but we work with property owners all over the island. Whilst we will always come and talk to any owner, we are very specific about the properties we want to oversee. We are very proud of the service we offer and we only want to work with owners that have the same approach to maintaining their properties to the highest standard.

Our sister company, Lanzarote Holiday Villas Ltd. are specialists in Property Rentals and we can offer joint rental/management packages unlike any other company on the island. Whilst we can offer you ‘traditional’ Property Management rates which are charged on a per guest or per month basis, we can also offer you a way of guaranteeing a fixed amount of money out of each booking.
Every property and every owner is individual and we will always treat you as such. We are not looking to become the biggest company on the island as if we did, we would lose all of what makes us special. We want to maintain a level of business that can be controlled by our family, whilst still providing you with the best service possible.
