Don’t forget that this Saturday is the day for the Ocean Lava Triathlon in Lanzarote.
The race starts at 8am and consists of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and finally a 21.1km run. All participants must be finished by 4.30pm.
So go on down to the Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen to see the start and finish of this fantastic race.
