The crops of Lanzarote have been irrigated by rain this past weekend, when an intermittent water visited the island from last Friday 5th until Monday , January 8th . The intensity has not penetrated the earth enough, but farmers say that at least it has cooled the fields and crops and has benefited the potatoes and onions.
