The Association for the Protection of Animals and Plants, Sara, is holding a Solidarity Day II on Saturday 24 September, to raise funds. The event will take place in the Plaza del Carmen, Playa Blanca.
During the morning there will be all kinds of pet-related activities such as demonstrations by Emerlan rescue dogs, to be held at 11 am. Also, from Tenerife coming is the Users Association of Guide Dogs, Canary Islands , belonging to ONCE, and they will also do a demonstration at 11:30 am and give a talk about their work.
There is also a training course at 10:00 am, which will be given by Cesar Arroyo, EmpireDog and a dog contest, sponsored by Purina and Trixie at 12:00 am, which will have prizes for the cutest dog, the friendliest and most obedient. In addition, throughout the day, all those who have adopted a pet with Sara will be presented with small awards for their pets. The animal shelter will also be a place with information about their work and selling items, among other things.
In the evening at 9:30 pm, you can enjoy the performance of the DJ’s Robert Garcia, Javi Vargas, Fran Jiménez, Carl V., and more, which will provide time for attendees to enjoy music. Also to be held a raffle with numerous prizes such as hotel stays, massages, wine, dinners … The numbers are available from Sara, and on the day of the event.
