Summer has arrived!

Temperatures have increased markedly in recent days

When we all thought we would have the coldest summer in history, without realizing it, the temperatures increased coinciding with the summer solstice . Today June 21 at 12:00 noon the summer season started, the most desirable of the four of the year.

Since the beginning of this week the remarkable increase of the temperatures have made the conejeros take advantage of to give us our first baths of the year or to enjoy the terraces taking something with friends.

Today Thursday the temperature is around 25 degrees in Arrecife, some more in the southern areas such as Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca, with a humidity of 60% that makes it heavier, but favored by the cloud cover that covers the capital.

According to the forecast, that summer is expected to be frequent tropical nights in the Canary Islands, with temperatures above 25 degrees, although the trend is that temperatures are cooler than usual due to the cold tropical Atlantic that will induce entry of air masses not so warm.
