Televisión Canarias are showing the bells at the end of the year from the Plaza de Las Palmas in Arrecife, with the clock of the church of San Ginés as its centerpiece. This is the result of a retransmission agreement signed on Tuesday between representatives of the regional public broadcaster and the Department of Celebrations in the capital, with Victor Sanginés.

The contract was sealed yesterday and is the result of several weeks of negotiation between the parties, prioritizing the high interest in devoting the Canary TV campaign this year to Lanzarote, never before has there been a broadcast of its kind by any of existing public channels in the Islands, although in the Canaries, Spanish Television (TVE-C) has had more than two decades with such programs for the regional circuit.
