The Cabildo of Lanzarote has published this week the announcement of correction of files of the applications for subsidies aimed at alleviating the economic impact of the COVID health crisis, on self-employed workers and small companies, on the islands of Lanzarote and La Graciosa. The deadline to present the documentation is until September 29 included.
The persons and companies required must present the requested documentation indicated in the publication and in the event that the correction does not occur, within the established period, their request will be deemed to have been withdrawn. This call from the Cabildo de Lanzarote has received 3,844 applications, 10% more than expected, and has exceeded the initial allocated budget of € 6 million, subsequently expanded to accommodate all self-employed and small business applicants.
The amount to be awarded depends on the number of workers and ranges from 1,500 euros to 6,000 euros. The aid is compatible with other aid granted for the same reason.
