Next weekend the clocks will be changing, marking the end of “British Summertime” and returning us to GMT time. This will mean an hour less in bed next Sunday morning, lighter mornings and shorter days.
But will we notice too much of a difference here in Lanzarote? We probably have a good few weeks of good weather ahead of us until the cooler Dec, Jan and Feb months arrive – and even then, we’ll not be experiencing the “frosted windscreen”, “burst pipes”, gloves, hats n scarves, and that “all-day-greyness” that was certainly my motivation for leaving the UK!
So let’s get out and enjoy the end of summer this weekend, Lanzarote-style
