From this Thursday a new storm that takes by name “Diana”, will visit Canaries that will bring important precipitations and the entrance of cold that will be noticed in noticing the islands. He is expected to stay on the islands until Sunday.
The week began with locally strong rainfall in the Canary Islands, although in Lanzarote there were no more than 4 liters per square meter , compared to 49.8 liters in some areas of Tenerife. This Tuesday this storm was already moving away from the islands from west to east, waiting for Thursday to receive Diana.
According to the forecast of the State Meteorological Agency, this stormy front will leave more important rains on the islands than those of the previous days, accompanied by a significant drop in temperatures.
