LBA president Daniel Trigg, has been working hard and pushing for changes to the first draft of the bill that was presented to Parliament. Following numerous meetings with mayors and parliamentarians, Daniel hopes to have made some positive changes to the first draft that was not looking favourably towards villa rentals. Changes were still being made to the law up to 11th April, and Daniel hopes that the pressure he has applied during meetings and phone calls will have resulted in the necessary changes being made to the law. As Daniel states, we now need to wait till the law comes out at the end of May, but we will still continue to apply pressure and will continue to do so until we get the result all villa owners want, as long as we have our members support we will continue till we reach our goal.
